My stay at The Jesselton Hotel was delightful. The location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk to the waterfront and shopping areas. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff who were always eager to assist. The breakfast served on the third floor was a lovely addition, offering a variety of delicious options.

I stayed for 2 nights in a Boutique King room. The location is fantastic, right by the vibrant Gaya Street. My room was huge with a comfy bed and great bathroom. Wi-fi was excellent, and check-in was super smooth. Definitely a cool spot to unwind! 😊

Lekker location, right by all the food spots and markets! The new wing room I stayed in was just stunning, felt like a fancy flat with that studio vibe. Oh, and brekkie was proper good!

The noise from the street and nearby night market was quite disruptive, hindering relaxation during my stay.

The location is perfect for anyone wanting to explore the city. major attractions like the Pillars of Sabah and Central Market are just a short stroll away. The room was clean and I appreciated the spacious layout and modern bathroom. I enjoyed my time here while catching up on some local sightseeing over a couple of days.

A commendable fit for a short visit in Kota Kinabalu with best value. The breakfast set was truly satisfying with a good amount of food for the price. Try to enjoy the breakfast early to beat the crowd.

the jesselton had comfortable rooms, but for a superior queen, i expected better ventilation. oh, and the noise from the bathroom pipes was just delightful, truly! not to mention, i woudl ve been utterly grateful for a welcome drink to ease my disappointment, but alas, who needs that? , certainly not me! i almost rated this good but just couldn’t.

Just spent a night after flying in, and the vibe is super chill. The staff were nice and super friendly, and we enjoyed some delish food from the restaurant. The bathroom in our room was fresh with good toiletries. Just wish the Wi-Fi was a bit better. it kept disconnecting. a thumbs up!
